Dunecastle is a duplex with an adjoining door with access to each side- East & West Side. 

Each side is individually rented, if available both sides are frequently rented for large families or groups.

The House is Oceanfront with spectacular view.  Each Side is fully furnished 4 Bedroom including 1 King, 3 Queens and 2 twins in the Loft, 2 full Baths with outside shower. Full equipped kitchen, HD Flat Screen TVs and DVD Player,  Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer and a Game room with a Ping Pong table.

Enjoy the breathtaking sunset on the open deck or take a relaxing stroll on the beach. Emerald Isle is known for the quiet peaceful beaches with plenty of family fun on the island. 

Dunecastle West is a duplex with an adjoining door which give access to the east side. Please view Dunecastle East  to review and enjoy both sides for availability if this side shows booked.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
